After you have completed your profile and enrolled into the service, a phone call will be scheduled within 12-36 hours.
Plans will be sent weekly or as suggested to you via whatsapp or email. Our expert dietitian will be in touch with you throughout the plan from Mon- Fri 10am to 7pm to answer your queries asap.
How are your diets like?
We do not believe in unscientific diet plans where you don’t know how much calories/nutrients you are consuming. So, everything is properly planned , each macro nutrient is perfectly calculated according to your basal metabolic rate, fat percentage and other parameters in order to plan a diet according to your requirements. Gagan is an Multi award winning dietitian and your diet will be planned in such a way that your metabolic system is increased simultaneously while gaining weight and improving your overall health.
Do I need to exercise along with the diet ?
Our body is made to move, so exercise is must for every human being on this planet! We believe in work smart theory and not just punishing yourself 2 hours in the gym. We have therapeutic exercises as well for those who are suffering with knee pain, shoulder pain, cervical, back pain. You don’t need to join gyms as our exercises includes home workouts but if have already joined a gym , we’ll plan you workout accordingly. Exercises videos will be sent to you every 7-10 days after seeing your progress.
