First of all , understand this is not a short term diet , it’s a lifestyle change. We do not believe in providing quick results as that will last for short period . I am a nutrition researcher and apply techniques which are scientifically tested on volunteers , so weight loss is science and we do it scientifically! The real results will simply depend upon your body system, metabolic rate, physical activity and your commitment to follow our diet plan to reach the goals. We focus more on FAT LOSS as we don’t want your body lose muscle in the process which is the worst thing happens when we just think of numbers on the scale. Just to give an idea , our average results are 2-5kg/month.
All diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual’s food habits, medical history, body analysis and lifestyle. At any point if you feel to make a change in some food, our team will be there to assist you. Just be committed and have some patience , I promise you will achieve your target and feel more light and energetic than ever before !
Visits after every 7-10 days are required at Mohali/Chandigarh Clinic so we can track your progress and make changes in the diet plan accordingly . If at any point you feel you cannot visit , we are providing support remotely.We’ll schedule a phone call weekly and send you the diet plan via email/whatsapp. . We do not take it as a short term diet , our diets are planned to change your lifestyle and make you feel healthy from inside out , so eat nutrient is perfectly calculated according to your basal metabolic rate, fat percentage and other parameters in order to plan a diet according to your requirement.. Yes, our body is meant to do physical tasks/activity so in order to improve your health we need exercise of around 30-40 min/day in form of weight training/body weight workout/HIIT/Yoga/Walk/Cycling.We also have a fitness centre exclusively for ladies at mohali and chandigarh clinic , so if it suits your routine and lifestyle you can join us for exercises too. Moreover, we are providing home workout plans with videos ! That’s right .. we have a solution to all your problems!

We’ll track your progress every week and measure your progess in inches and weight ..record your results and then create your diet plan for the following week based on these results and any other feedback you may have. For online services, our eClinic website has been designed specifically for this purpose. You will be able to record your weight and body measurements and monitor your progress very easily in the Trackers section.
